We are sad to announce that two employees of Marvino’s tested positive for COVID-19. The restaurant has been deep cleaned per Texas Restaurant Association’s guidelines, and the employees who came in contact with the infected employees were removed from the restaurant until they receive negative test results. In the interim, the Grupo Herrera staff members who are currently working did not have any exposure to the employees who tested positive. We have taken proper sanitation measures and quarantined those potentially infected employees until further notice. Marvino’s remains committed to providing a healthy and safe environment for its staff and customers. We are continuing to follow rigorous health and sanitation protocol, and have taken increased measures including a purchase of professional grade equipment for disinfecting the restaurant on a daily basis. Out of an abundance of caution, we have decided to close for the next 24 hours and are confident that we will be able to safely reopen tomorrow, Friday, June 19th for dinner service.
